1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Tournaments Master (the "Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Bot.

These Terms apply to all users of the Bot, including but not limited to server administrators, tournament organizers, participants, and visitors.

2. Description of Service

Tournaments Master provides tournament management tools for Discord servers, including but not limited to:

• Tournament creation, registration, and bracket generation
• User verification and role management
• Match scheduling and result tracking
• Leaderboards and statistics
• Premium features for enhanced functionality
• Web dashboard for server management

The Bot is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any features at any time without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

When using Tournaments Master, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration and verification
• Maintain the security of your Discord account
• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Not use the Bot for any unlawful or prohibited activities
• Not attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse engineer the Bot
• Not spam, harass, or abuse other users or the Bot's features
• Not create fake accounts or manipulate tournament results
• Report any bugs or security vulnerabilities responsibly

4. Server Administrator Responsibilities

If you invite the Bot to your Discord server, you agree to:

• Ensure you have the authority to add bots to your server
• Configure the Bot appropriately for your community
• Moderate tournaments and enforce fair play
• Handle disputes between participants professionally
• Not use the Bot to violate Discord's Terms of Service
• Inform your server members about data collection (see Privacy Policy)

5. Premium Subscriptions

Premium features are available through paid subscriptions:

• Billing: Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds: Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
• Feature Changes: Premium features may be modified, added, or removed with reasonable notice
• Downgrades: Downgrading removes access to premium features but does not delete your data
• Fair Use: Excessive use of premium features may result in rate limiting or suspension

Premium subscription prices are subject to change with at least 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Tournaments Master are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Bot
• The Tournaments Master name, logo, and branding are our trademarks
• User-generated content (tournament names, descriptions, etc.) remains owned by the user
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for disputes between tournament participants
• We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or downtime
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for premium services in the past 12 months

8. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

• We collect only necessary data to provide our services
• You have the right to request access to or deletion of your data
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties
• Data security is a priority, but no system is 100% secure

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Bot at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent activity or payment chargebacks
• Abuse of the Bot or its features
• Violations of Discord's Terms of Service
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the Bot ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Bot shall be resolved through:

• Informal Resolution: Contact our support team first to resolve issues
• Arbitration: Unresolved disputes will be settled through binding arbitration
• No Class Actions: You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action
• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by applicable laws in our jurisdiction

11. Beta Features

Tournaments Master is currently in Public Beta 🧪:

• Features may be unstable or subject to change
• We appreciate feedback and bug reports
• Beta testers may experience service interruptions
• Premium subscriptions during beta are subject to future price adjustments

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be communicated through:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending notifications for significant changes

Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
